Our Story
The Collective House is led by Deedra Asselin, whose experience in sales exposed the gaps most companies overlook. Sales is already demanding - but stepping into an environment without clarity, structure, or support creates hesitation, self-doubt, and missed potential from the start.
Over time, it became clear - it wasn't lack of talent holding people back, it was the environment they were placed in.
She built The Collective House on the belief that the right introduction - made with care and held to a standard - changes the trajectory of a business.
